After being let down by another supplier I contacted Nick at Henderson Signs. Within 30 minutes I had artwork to approve and the sign was printed and installed same day. The speed, quality and price of the work was exceptional. I will be using them again going forward.

Aaardvark Heating
Messed me about for 12 days. I called them because I thought they were a large company who could eventually handle a lot of boards. How wrong was I? I called on 22 May. The lady said email. I emailed on the morning of 23 May. No response. I call a few days later and the lady said sorry, we read your email and will respond. No response. Emailed again on 25 May but no response. Emailed again on 27 May informing them that I told them on the initial call that I wanted the boards within 2 days and this was urgent and it had now been 5 days. No response. I feel so let down. Property was listed 29th and we had offers on the open day 3rd \June. I am very reluctant to advise all readers that I would never recommend using this company. They keep saying they are short of staff, we keep calling them and asking for them to reply. The worst customer service ever. If you are replying to your customers what the hell are you doing? Enough of the promises, you've wasted 13 days of our time. A very upset vendor and a very upset letting agent. Not only would we never consider using this company we would go out of our way to warn other agents not to use them. If you are a new company like us they will never be interested, so steer clear of possibly the worst service ever. Aaron J Barclay.
