Go Develop

This two bit company only got one star because you can not submit a review without one. My daughter has been brought to breaking point by this company. Bought a house with a parking space that now doesn't exist as well as over 100 snags that are still outstanding! I notice that the only glowing references come from people who allegedly work for them?? How much bonus did they receive for these falsehoods?? Steer clear, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE COWBOYS

I'd recommend anyone dreaming to undertake a major project build to consider choosing Go Develop. I have seen first hand what a cohesive relationship looks like and what property developers are able to achieve with Go Develop. In addition to the product, they are a fantastic team of people - Jason and Lynsey are specialist in their field and you wont find warmer people to work with who truly understand this industry.

Ive worked with Go Develop over the past 4 months and Ive found them to be a hard working, fun group of people. Working with a professional team who really care has been a fantastic experience and I cant recommend them highly enough. They have overwhelming amounts of knowledge across the property industry, from construction to marketing and are keen to help others succeed!

We have worked with Go Develop on a number of occasions and its always a pleasure! We have worked with them at their office as well as at exhibitions and are always impressed on how they operate and interact with clients and suppliers.

BUYER BEWARE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! We purchased a new build property through GoDevelop back in July 2019, on a development which was a joint venture between themselves and Blackmore Homes. Nearly 7 months on and we are still battling with GoDevelop to get major snags fixed as Blackmore Homes have washed their hands of the development. GoDevelop promise you the earth and make all the right noises saying they totally understand and how the quality of the work isnt good enough and that they will get these problems sorted, but yet we are still waiting! Internally we have leaking showers which have leaked from day 1 (apparently its too difficult to find a solution which is why they still leak), carpets lined with paint along with another which has been joined in the middle of the room which has started to shred at the join, an unfinished kitchen. External it gets worse, as we have exposed external pipework (mains water and foul) with footings visible above ground level, a driveway too narrow that when the neighbours move in and two cars are parked side-by-side neither will be able to exit their vehicle and a back garden back filled with clay soil so after a heavy downpour, water cannot get away so turns into a swamp. Best of all a BT Junction box which serves half the estate has been positioned in our front garden which they know has been incorrectly sited, yet refuse to discuss and do anything about. The siting of the BT box was never discussed with us during the sale and now we are simply expected to suck it up! These houses were sold as Premium Homes, but the build and finish of them is certainly not premium. GoDevelop are taking no responsibility over these issues and simply blame the building contractor (Chrome Services Ltd), batting it back to them who simply ignore it themselves. Nothing we were promised or assured of has materialised, its simply a case of they have our money and now arent bothered of the mess left behind! If we could leave a zero rating we would!
