        We chose Ultimate Capital because of their speed in agreeing the deal in principle and then making the purchase through to completion effortless. I have used many short term lenders and they are one of the best. We were introduced to them by our broker who highly recommended them. We would recommend Ultimate Capital to other developers because of their flexibility and speed to complete the transaction. There may be other lenders who are cheaper, but so far none that are as flexible. - Quinton Hembry
