Advantage Children's Day Nursery

My daughter started here in January 2023 and I am honestly so pleased! My daughter settled in well and is always so happy! Staff are consistent and always tell you what happens throughout the day. Wish I would have found Advantage Nursery sooner! I like the nursery is spacey and big yet homely. There is a receptionist at the front to greet everyone and a fish tank my daughter loves as well as options to swap books your child no longer wants. 10/10. Thanks for everything !

Really bad experience. staff was not qualified of caring really rude and doesnt care about the childrens . Kala one of the staff she was good human being and one more staff I dont know her name big lady she was happy face and smile.otherwise everyone rude. Childrens are crying doesnt care about it.they didnt equally treated every childrens. Please smile and take care of nicely because they all children parents are believe nursery so that why they leave it in your hands so respect them.

Both my children went to Advantage (one boy and one girl) and both absolutely loved their time there. The staff were always accommodating and helpful and clearly genuinely really care about the kids. Dont be put off by the exterior look and the size of the building; have a look inside before passing judgement. There are really good amenities for the kids but also the parents such as ample parking which many other nurseries in the area dont have. I have often recommended Advantage to other parents.

Both of my children attended Advantage for a number of years, the youngest leaving for school in September. I cannot rate the nursery highly enough!! Excellent play areas both inside and outside, fantastic staff, yummy food and a singing chef - what more could your children want!

Very poor quality of care, feel really sorry for my son that he had to stay in this place for 1.5 years. Management was not interested in addressing any of the issues, just tried to bully and threaten us into staying quiet. They had the cheek to tell me that my expectations from their staff is too high when I found my 10 month old wearing the same nappy at 4 pm that we had given him at home at 7:30 am. Another day found my toddler lying floor during pick up, looked very pale and unwell but no staff member bothered to check on him. Took him to A&E where Doctor said he was dehydrated as not been fed water all day. When we complained, management wanted to send a legal notice to doctor instead of talking to their staff! Probably will get a threatening email from them after posting this review.
