I took my electric car to Promod Works recently, and I gotta say, Michael is a total EV wizard! The dude knows his stuff and made my visit a breeze. When I got there, he welcomed me with a big smile and made me feel right at home. You can tell he's passionate about what he does, and it's infectious. Michael broke down the repairs my car needed into plain English and even gave me tips to keep my ride in tip-top shape. The repair work was done quickly, and now my car runs smoother than ever. It's obvious that the folks at Promod Works put their heart and soul into what they do. Long story short, I had an amazing experience with Michael and the Promod Works team. I would highly recommend this garage. Michael was extremely professional, knowledgeable about hybrid cars, very helpful and authentic. It is hard to find a good honest mechanic who doesn't rip you off with extortionate prices or dismiss your concerns about your car because you are a woman! I always used to take by Hyundai to a Hyundai garage but never again - I will be using Promod Works Ltd from now on and will be recommending to friends and family.
