        I have knee and sciatica problem. Jake wanted to know about my health and lifestyle. He worked/treated the issue, provided excise video program to follow. Jake dealt with me in a kind and caring way, he was able to get my issue to a manageable level. I would highly recommend Jake.

        Jake is very knowledgeable and identified the cause of my prolonged injury very quickly. He gave effective exercises which done wonders and brought me back to full health. I highly recommend him if you have any sports/general injuries you want sorted.
