        I have knee and sciatica problem. Jake wanted to know about my health and lifestyle. He worked/treated the issue, provided excise video program to follow. Jake dealt with me in a kind and caring way, he was able to get my issue to a manageable level. I would highly recommend Jake.

        Jake is very knowledgeable and identified the cause of my prolonged injury very quickly. He gave effective exercises which done wonders and brought me back to full health. I highly recommend him if you have any sports/general injuries you want sorted.

        I had a persistently painful wrist that had bothered me for months - Jake quickly put my mind at ease about what was not the cause ( ie - broken wrist) and helped me with a plan to manage the swelling and avoid further injury, which has worked perfectly! Very happy customer! Thank you Jake
