        Terrible customer service. I used the screen wash and paid, but no water came out so I went in to get the money returned but the The guy behind the counter was an absolute disgrace in his approach. He said I had to email someone but couldnt tell me who or help me find who. This guy should not be customer facing.

        Very bad customer service. As I live close by this petrol station, I thought to use this service. Very unprofessional attitude towards customers. Im not willing to use this service any longer.

        Horrible customer service :) its not one off but usual standard in this place. After being ignored for good few minutes when waiting for assistant to activate the pump, we were told to relax. After that we had to wait few more minutes. I guess its good for the staff not to be in a rush to serve customers. Please save yourself time and energy (and money, as its bit more prices than other local stations) and literally go ANYWHERE else :)
