As a fresh graduate unsure on what to do as my first step post uni, I could not have wished for a better role to kickstart my career and understanding of recruitment. A complete newbie to recruitment, Mike the director and the other consultants took me under their wing and provided me with all the tools and support to truly understand and enjoy recruitment and the industry (also a special mention to Ellie, who was always happy to assist me with even the smallest of doubts). I have always felt supported and understood; Mike is a great boss who truly looks after his employees and who has created a work environment where people actively enjoy coming to work and feel their efforts are noticed and rewarded. The team here is a real family and I am so lucky to have had this experience. For anyone unsure on whether recruitment is the right step for them, I could not recommend enough coming to learn and be inspired by all this fantastic team has to offer. I had the pleasure of starting my career here and I could not be any happier. Thank you to everyone here for showing me that the future is bright and that recruitment can be a fun, healthy and progressive career. I am now sadly relocating, but I will forever cherish my time here and all I have learnt.

Ellie was brilliant! She kept in touch with me before and after my interview. She made sure everything was okay and if i was too. Everything ran smoothly and its because of her. I couldnt be more grateful for her!!

Alex was the nicest and most helpful person ever. I approached him to help me look for a new role within the KBB industry. He is not a pushy recruiter, and I truly believe he wants the best for both the applicant and the company he is filling roles for. Amazing service from the whole team!
