Customer service and post sales support needs careful consideration and due diligence if procuring any products and services from this business. Regrettably I have discovered this the hard way. I am willing to share experiences in more detail if it helps anyone make an informed decision. Post sales support is non existent and focused on sustaining and maintaining customer disappointment. It's a journey that the MD leads a customer on, taking them from mild disappointment to one of creating total and abject disillusionment in their ability or capacity to fulfil any sales or service obligations. Follow up- after one year still no resolution or follow up to resolve matters.

We initially had difficulty finding a company that were able to make the product we required, which were side awnings (with windows) to fit a victorian style veranda on the side of a conservatory. It had difficult corners and required various cut outs to fit the awnings to the conservatory and round a corner post. Protective textile were able to make exactly what we needed. After care was good and they made minor alterations as required. Would have given 5 stars if they had offered a measuring and fitting service.

Really excellent product. Exactly what I was looking for. Lovely big shelter up by the firepit, looks class and feels really sturdy. Great response from the company as well when contacted. Highly recommended
