Visited the Tolworth Branch today to purchase a new phone. Great selection of used handsets all in good condition. I was most impressed by the excellent service and knowledge of the staff.

HORRIBLE!! 9ct SCRAP price is 18.21 and I was offered 10 per gram. Now Id understand then offering 17 per gram so they make 1.21 per gramHOWEVER 10 a gram is shocking. DO NOT SELL YOUR GOLD HERE. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I call them up online for an item if its still available and she said "its still available and she is going to save the item for me". I told them i will be with them within 1, 2 hour to buy the item. I noticed they removed the item from their website and i called them up and told them thanks for saving the item. But the Cash Converters advisor said they already sold the item to someone else. Conclusion : they didnt save the item for me, they just sold it behind my back. If i could i would give 0 star for them but the lowest is 1 star.

DO NOT USE THIS ONE - USE SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! - 2023 REVIEW (THEY HAVE BEEN POOR SINCE 2020) I have sold aloot to this place. You now have a woman who hasn't been there too long, who answers the phone and sees the standard phrase 'we cant tell you how much you have to come in', despite for years before being able to before she answered the phone...? Second, you have staff members whilst not completely rude (I have to be honest) , are still very unhelpful and do not offer conversation or even shown respect at times (well as a male they didn't to me, but did make abit more effort with my girlfriend) - I have given brand new items and they always offer subpar prices, even if they are aware of me selling brand new items in the past. These items value over 3,000 so this is not a small sum (3 iPhone's, multiple PS5's and other items) and yet no one there does anything to show gratitude for that?? I have never created an issue and rarely write reviews - never been rude and they have never offered me a good price or done me anything to show they appreciate my continued loyal business. They give a poor price and refuse to help even if you make them aware. And this isn't the case elsewhere as I have recently found out, as I actually went to the one on London Road, and this guy actually added 20 when selling my old Iphone, as he said he wants to do me a good price ... First time customer there I might add. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE !!!!
