        Needed a pretty hard to get lamp next day at 4:05 pm yesterday and they managed to get it to me today, perfect! Always a good experience.

        I ordered 05 times from CP Lighting. I have always been more than satisfied with the items quality and the packaging. Moreover, the customer service is always helpful, provides good advice and does its best to make its customers happy. I live in Vietnam. MVTECH EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY

        Do not use this company.!! This guy phil who seems to be the owner wouldnt refund my purchase and he just lies. His first reply to me was its not worth it. I told him its worth it to me. Then he made out that this was a commercial purchase and i made it clear to him that it was for personal use , a fluorescent tube for my home and i did pay on my personal debit card. He was aggressive on the phone and told me why should he have to pay as he paid to send it out, but infact i paid postage to send it out and i would of paid to send it back. He then said id have to pay a restocking charge of 10 and i said No this is not right as im only 2 days into my 14 day period where you can send it back. Excuse after excuse. I certainly wont use this Company again !! Bad Character.
