I feel bad about leaving a review like this because the girl running the place was very friendly but I was actually shocked at the state of the place, particularly outside. It was so unsafe. There is absolutely nothing to stop the children from running out into the car park. The plastic table was broken and jagged bits of plastic were poking out. There were weeds and nettles everywhere. Have uploaded photos. Inside toys were old and broken. Anything needing batteries wasn't working. Would. Never go here again.

Really lovely soft play, with lots of toys and areas set up for role playing like a kitchen, tool station etc. Great cafe with high chairs available. My son loved climbing on the soft play equipment which was all clean and safe. I was initially charged 5 to enter but later asked to pay an additional 1 as I was a walk in which I thought was a shame as this is not mentioned on their website.

Absolutely amazing soft play! Such friendly welcoming staff that go and above and beyond. The food is lovely and outdoor area is great with a Astro turf mat which is great for my little one to crawl on. Parking is easy and free. Good selection of toys for all ages. The best soft play in Surrey for sure!

Went to this soft play venue today. I wouldnt really call it soft play - it did have a (slightly deflated) bouncy castle but it was essentially a hall filled with toys. The staff were very friendly, the only saving grace. A warning to any future customers - they padlock the car park when the venue closes. We were not made aware of this and our car was locked in all night, causing myself (8 months pregnant), and my 15 month old, to have to get a 30min taxi home. When I contacted the owner on Instagram they patronisingly implied it was obvious the car park would be locked. We had never been there, how could we have have known?! A sign on the door or in the hall would have been common courtesy. Definitely will not be returning but I would like to thank the lady on the desk for being so nice during our visit.
