The Eco Refurbishment Company

I hired the Eco Refurbishment Company to refurbish my cottage. My experience of this company - run by Guy Lewis - has been extremely negative. They failed to finish the job, leaving me in the lurch and seriously out of pocket. The builders frequently failed to show, and sometimes spent hours sitting in the van. They procrastinated constantly. They carried out certain jobs to a very poor standard, for example installing a window the wrong way round, and did not rectify the work that was negligently done. They left a huge mess behind, and failed to take responsibility for the breach of contract.
