I'm an agent and so recommending a trustworthy surveyor can sometimes prove really hit and miss. In regards to appointing Sterlingworth Surveyors and in particular Natan Chauhan, my client and myself couldn't have been happier. Thanks to Mirza for conducting the survey for a property we intend to buy, and thanks to Kiran and Khurrum for organising. They've reached out to me after I've expressed interest in having a survey, answered my booking-related questions, and have sent an example report for reference. The booking process is easy and I was notified of the scheduling and invoicing. I was also being updated after the survey has conducted and a report was issued by them within the quoted time. Even though the property has no deal-breaking issues, I feel their easy-to-understand report will be able to highlight and explain any significant problems they have identified. Would recommend.

Sterlingworth's report helped me to make a decision on my property. The significant estimated cost of repair were somewhat accurate to the market. But did help me create a budget. Very professional with their work
