I was in a queue of people wanting to pay cash and didnt have my card on me. I think the lady on the till was new but she took 20 minutes to scan 3 Peroni beers that should have been on offer but werent scanning with the deal 3 for 5. She left the till to check if they were on offer and left 3 people in the queue rather than getting a colleague to help.
One of her colleagues passed by and saw that there was a queue and the customer in front of me asked if he could go behind a till and speed things up and he ignored us. When after waiting nearly 25 minutes it got to me she didnt even apologise.
Tescos you can do better!
