Hello i just wanted to share a bad experience that i have had at this tesco for a long time now. A few days ago i was shopping and this black woman who didnt have a badge so i could see her name rejected to change my old tesco bag and very rudely ignored me. She also keeps staring like i have done smth bad and puts me in a bad situation. I really hope you do smth for her because i spend my money there to have a good service not to be bullied by some employer without any logical reason. This tesco is very close to my house and i want to keep shopping here but if she continues with this attitude i dont mind spending my money to another supermarket. Goodbye.

A nice store to shop for groceries because theyve got a variety of products, but all staff needs to be trained on the importance of customer service or they shouldnt be working in such industry.

I love tesco I really do, great food for a reasonable price. The people are typically friendly apart from the woman that usually works at customer service (I didnt see her name but shes a black woman, fairly light with a black scarf usually wrapped around her head and a bad attitude). Many of my family members have complained about her atrocious attitude in the past! She has even accused my father of stealing a turkey on Christmas Eve and a young girl of stealing a kinder egg (even though she had very clearly paid at the self-checkout). As I left the shop I overheard her mocking me to another customer, what a pathetic woman. People like her shouldnt work with customers if theyre just gonna be rude for no reason
