Following meniscal surgery I needed some additional work on my knee, hips/glutes and back to aid with my rehab. Eloise was extremely knowledgeable across all areas relating to my rehab, after 2 months I left with far more information than when I started and 0 residual pain/discomfort. I cant recommend Eloise highly enough for anyone whos invested in their sports/hobbies and looking to overcome an injury/rehab or any nagging pains.

I visited Body Hub having shoulder pain for a while not knowing much what to expect. Eloise put me at ease with all my worries right from the start. I had an hour of really thorough assessment and feeling like I was really listened to. I already booked my next visit as well as received follow up info right after my session. The bodyhubtherapy website is very easy to navigate and explain everything you need to know before your visit. Ive found the whole experience extremely positive from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

I visited Eloise's with a painful knee and stiffness in my right wrist due to a now healed fracture. Eloise diagnosed bursitis and MCL tendonitis of my knee. She also spotted other issues that I was not aware of. The following day I received a comprehensive email with diagnosis, links to exercise videos and advice about exercise equipment for knee and wrist. A likable person who really knows her stuff. I was very impressed indeed.
