I went to this pub with my sister in law on St Patricks day the staff and everyone there was really friendly and welcoming drinks were cheap and strong and they served us really quick unlike other pubs round that area i would recommend this pub cant wait to go back. the only thing i would say to improve the pub is to play some music.

The Crown on Holloway Road is a proper locals pub, football is on the telly, there is an obligatory dead dod having a wonderful sleep under a table and everyone is engrossed in the game or conversation. Lovely stained glass windows with little bays make the place look special. Not one for the real ale enthusiasts, no cask ales. Keg beers aplenty so all is not lost. I enjoyed a pint and a packet of crisps.
