My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of working with Elliot from James Edwards Estate Agents to secure a rental property in London. Throughout the process he was attentive, professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Even now after we have lived in the property over two months he is still as helpful as ever! Elliot listened carefully to our many needs and preferences, and helped us find properties that were a great fit. He was patient and understanding as we viewed multiple properties and provided us with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Once we had selected a property, Elliot made the application process quick and easy. Overall, I would highly recommend James Edwards Estate Agents to anyone looking for a rental property. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process easy and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience, and I am extremely grateful for their help. Five stars all around!

They took over the management of my flat from another agent that had got lazy and negligent. I received only great service, in an honest and straightforward manner. They have recently helped me to sell the flat and were diligent throughout. I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

They take a lot of the stress out of renting out a property - they are thorough, communicate clearly and I know they will respond quickly and offer sensible advice. Purchased a property via Elliot @ James Edward. Very happy to have dealt with him. He is a great balance of honesty, no nonsense and willing to hear out my concerns/challenges. This purchase took longer than we would have liked and he was great chasing down people to move things along. He also has great tradesman recommendations!
