Liv Pilates

I really enjoy Olivias Pilates classes and look forward to going every Tuesday. The numbers are small and classes are well-structured, each one is different with the intensity level increasing every week to make it more challenging. Ive really noticed an improvement in my posture and no longer suffer from lower back and hip pain. I would highly recommend trying one of Olivias classes.

I have been attending Olivia's classes for nearly two years, by far the longest I've ever done classes. She's a great instructor, warm, friendly, funny, but making us work hard enough for it do good. The classes are never monotonous, every one different from the last. The Saturday morning venue overlooking the Parkland Walk is a pleasure to work in.

Great Pilates class, would highly recommend Olivia's classes to anyone wanting a fun and challenging (but accessible to all levels!) class.

A gentle but effective work out in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere, with adaptations and adjustments always offered to those who need it. Olivia has a calm, clear style of teaching which make her classes very enjoyable and easy to follow.

I had been looking for a class around N8/N4 where the instructor keeps a good flow to the session, pushes and corrects you but encourages too - and this is it! Olivia creates weekly workouts to look forward to that have noticeably strengthened my core and improved my posture.
