Harry is such a great PT!! He's really built up my confidence in the gym and helped loads with back pain I've been experiencing. He's also provided great nutrition advice! In a pretty short amount of time I felt a real difference from training with him - thanks so much Harry!

Harry has been a fantastic personal trainer to work with in recent months. He always makes sure you get the most out of every session, no matter your goals. As well as his fitness knowledge, Harry takes a genuine interest in your general health and well-being, making sure that youre motivated and well prepared for each session. Its been brilliant working with Harry. Ive seen overall a huge improvement in my health and fitness, which is exactly what I wanted. Harry also really took the time to listen to my specific goals and tailored sessions towards this, which I really appreciated!
