This is a very bad, scammy company. Avoid!

Ive never left a review but Ill make an exception for this. Worst experience with this agency. I applied for a flat, was approved and after that it was practically radio silence. My initial move in date was meant to Sep 5th, then I changed it to Sep 22nd but received no updates regarding the fact the flat hasnt even been built. They had one flat they used for the videos to sell the place and advertise. I had to keep following up as my phone calls werent answered and texts were so vague. None of my questions were directly answered. Ever. Theyd taken a deposit and made absolutely no contact to give me the heads up that Id be arriving from Australia to an entire building under scaffolding. No consideration to even tell me that it would not be finished by then. They then tried to organise an inspection of a different flat (the one damn flat they plugged for everything). Where is the logic in inspecting a flat someone else would be living in? But of course, mine didnt exist at that point. The agent then changed to Sean who has been helpful but its the same situation. He had offered to give me my initial deposit back and said Id be in the property by end of Oct and as I need a place to stay I said Ill wait till then if its only another month. Since that discussion, he hasnt made any contact or provided any updates on the renovations, has absolutely no idea when itll be done, nor does it seem hes proactively trying to assist and is now ignoring calls and texts. Awful customer service here. I dont understand why an agency would advertise a property that hasnt been built yet and worse, leave those who have provided deposits in the dark with no effort to rectify it. Unprofessional and unethical. I have no faith in any review above 1 on here. They do the bare minimum and take no accountability. Please return my deposit.
