I have now been looking for a new flat and contact with other agencies made me value David Andrew's agents even more: they're proper professionals, with viewings happening without a fuss and communication as transparent as it can be.

The sales team at the Stroud Green office have been a pleasure to deal with throughout our recent home buying experience. We dealt mostly with Mark and Jana who were professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout. We completed within 4 months of our offer being accepted. We would highly recommend the sales team to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area.

We recently used David Andrew to sell our flat in N4 and couldn't have been happier with the service we got. Mark and Jana were extremely helpful from start to finish. We were initially tempted to go with a bigger agent with citywide coverage but after speaking to Mark it was clear that David Andrew really knew the local area. We were really pleased with them throughout - the listing was great, the strategy they suggested worked really well (in a very uncertain market!), and ultimately they got us a number of offers and found us a wonderful buyer! Most importantly they saw the sale through. Jana was tenacious in chasing the buyer's terrible solicitor and calm and reassuring when we were getting worried it was all taking too long. If you want to sell around Stroud Green/ N4 then look no further!
