Michelle Flynn Coaching

Michelle came to Scope to deliver a workshop on stress, to culminate our Wellbeing Month. The talk was engaging, with the right level of both science and practical application, to help people work out how they could eliminate stress from their lives and the benefits it would bring. Michelle is incredibly down to earth and she really connected with the audience. It was an hour well spent, and I was delighted we were able to deliver this to our staff at an incredibly busy time after a period of unprecedented change within the organisation. Staff left with smiles on their faces, and there were some really good ideas floated of how we could further promote wellbeing within our organisation.

Michelle's coaching has been transformative for me over the course of this last year. As someone who's been really passionate about health for years and quite knowledgeable, I entered our partnership open-minded yet somewhat skeptical about the amount of value I could gain. I'm delighted to say it was an excellent decision! Michelle has not only help me take my health fundamentals to new heights (sleep, nutrition etc) but also in her holistic approach, has helped me realise the importance of people and purpose to my health. We've spent more time talking about work and relationships than conventional "health topics" - which is exactly what I needed! She has an excellent communication style, guiding you as appose to telling you, and is really flexible in accommodating your schedule. To anyone considering an investment in "health" aka life coaching, DO IT. And I can't recommend Michelle highly enough!

A conversation with Michelle lead me to make a small change that reaped significant results. Her manner is informative and approachable, not judgemental or critical. Like getting advice from a friend but someone who actually knows what they are talking about!
