Lovely salon, have had a few treatments done here and love each of them. Hair, eyebrows, eyelashes. And many more. Lovely friendly staff too!

Sometimes you walk into a hairdressers and you know it's going to be a traumatising experience. Not the case here at all. Sandra made me feel welcome from the minute I contacted her. Customer service = A* I very rarely rate anything so highly but in a world where it's difficult to find an afro hairdresser who a)listens, b) responds according to your instructions and c) takes feedback when you have an issue, I feel this 5 star is well deserved by Sandra and her team. I had two services and both were executed with my input all the way. 1.I had a wig made a long time ago (somewhere else) and it was wiggy. High, stiff and dated. Francine (I think that's the young lady's name) turned this wig into a very realistic looking long bob which even had black women asking where I had it done. 2. I ordered a wig but when it was made, it didn't fit. I contacted Sandra and there were no quibbles. She told me to bring it in and she'll sort it. (I was expecting a whole back and forth, it didn't happen!) I could go on but I'm supposed to be working so all I'll leave at this: for all your wig and extension needs, look no further. Take it from someone who *always* reviews service, be it good or bad.
