Used to be a good gp but now days, phone lines always busy, they dont call you back, app isnt useful

Doctor Ashwin Balabhadra the Leader of the Hanley Primary Care Centre is one of the best doctor I have ever had in the last 14 years. A great listener and speaks in layman's terms. Was very nice & very thoughtful of my issues, he spent a decent amount of time digging into my history file to find out what the problem is. He was not rushed and made me feel very comfortable I wish all doctors showed his level of compassion and empathy for their patients. Thank you so much and I appreciate everything you did for me. I have already and always recommend Dr. Ashwin Balabhadra to anyone in search of a good doctor. God Bless!

It should be -1 star. No one is picking up my call. They asked me to call back but they wouldnt answer my call nor call Me back. They will cancel my ordered medication without telling me the reason. Theres even this one rude lady who told me she needed to cut my call so that she can answer the call after me because I had been with her for 7 MINUTES! So she needed to answer the call after me without even asking if my concern was solve. I was on queue for that call for half an hour.
