Angie is extremely welcoming, professional and provides a lovely warm service. So far shes the best when I also had my eyebrows done. The perfect self care spot. Excellent treatments. No smelly chemicals and good booking system. Friendly staff as well. Downside is sometimes they do not allow enough time to complete treatments and I feel like the end is rushed when serving two customers at once. However it is still the best salon I've been to. Lastly they should offer refreshments to everyone or no one, not just some customers.

In response to the "owner" this is not a fake review. The only option to select on Google is Acrylic Nails. The actual work done was Sculpting Gel full set which is also termed as nail extensions. This was done by Samantha, who is abrupt, bordering on rude especially in her response to when issues are raised and haphazard with no due care when dealing with hands/nails/cuticles. Very harsh filing and carelessness when cutting the cuticles. When I booked the appointment I gave my middle name which I do not need to disclose. Based on your response, it's no wonder some customers who've had a bad experience are having to give a critical review because of the way they were dealt with onsite. This salon claims to be organic but there is nothing organic about the nail extensions or the bonding they use which should be announced up front for transparency especially for new customers. I asked this on my visit and was told they use all organic products which is not the case. After a few hours my nail bed and skin was burning profusely and because I had touched my face I had a severe allergic reaction. Only a trip to A&E informed me of this and as a result the nail extensions were immediately removed and I was prescribed strong antihistamines. I was smart enough to take pictures of the products they used and having consulted a dermatologist who have since advised the products were not organic. I am deeply distraught by this experience and will never use this salon or recommend it to others. Service: Acrylic nails
