I had a very pleasant experience at Tinstletown with Farxiya , my order was delivered promptly and made to perfection me and my friend throughly enjoyed our milkshakes it was needed after a long day at work, thank you again Farxiya for your professionalism and kindness!!

Avoid. Had food poisoning from the chicken bites. Ordered takeaway and the food came quickly but obviously it was cooked to quick as well, as the inside was not fully cooked. Please double check the food you serve. For me I'm done with this place for good

Such amazing service! I was rushing for a train and they got my order made in 5 minutes! Food is delicious but service is even better. Thank you so much Tinseltown, you saved my evening! Would highly recommend that you get food from here!

Store should be open from 12pm. Arrived at 1:30 after ordering and paying online . The shutter was half down. I knocked 4 times no answer then had to crawl under the metal shutter to get the girls attention she the acted very casual stating oo 7 mins for an order I had to tell her 3 times it's for a milkshake. She then made it. No appologises for the shutters being closed or not answering. During that time she stop to take a personal call to a friend chatting then saying I will call you back. But then talked for a few minutes then told her friend I better go cause I am at work and customers are here. A second staff causality walked in close to 2pm. Meanwhile uber delivery guys was waiting for an order that had not even been started. Staff showed no professionalism at all. Don't know how they got the job. Worst tinseltown I ever visited. I go to Bayswater and Farningtron often and they are so much better staffed.
