We have been using London refrigeration for our commercial kitchen fridges, freezers and cold rooms since 2018. London refrigeration have always responded as fast as could be expected, whether for emergency or annual maintenance, and their work couldn't be completed better. All problems were diagnosed in depth and resolved completely with good explanation on the root cause and training going forward. I couldn't recommend more.

Amazing service. I am a restaurant chain owner and I regularly use this company and I am always happy with the efficiency of the workers, not to mention the really competitive prices.

Worse service ever. First i was told gas would be 60 per kg, then was told 500 per kg. My unit requires R410a and i have it written on reciept of the company that its 60 per kg to regas, but they told me 500 per kg when i asked them why is it they put in 300grams and are charging me 100. Was promised on both occasions to be first to be seen, each time the engineer came 3-4 hours late. The owner who is a man with a european accent shouted at me to go somewhere else and stop bothering them and hung up on me, this is after i paid the one off call out charge of 60. The first time the engineer came to look at my unit, he took less than 5 mins of looking at it and he said your unit is too small for the room size when infact i have been using it for 7 years and was freezing, so it has always worked up until now its become less cold. That to me shows how unexperienced the engineer is. After 5mins of looking at the unit and not even touching it, he told me to pay 120. So to sum up UNEXPERIENCE ENGINEERS WITH LACK OF KNOWLEDGE, SCAMMING CUSTOMERS WITH PRICING AND EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER WHO I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NOT PUT MONEY IN THIS MANS POCKET.

I have a restaurant in haringey , my main walk in freezer room had broken down and my regular engineer let me down i had so much stock inside and didnt know what to do, luckily a friend of mine recommended london refrigeration and air conditioning they turned up same day, repaired and got it running in no time at all, i'm so happy with there service im going to use them for all my future struggles, thank you london refrigeration and air conditioning
