Having looked for stained glass courses I found this company. I called the number shown to make enquires. I was told by a male that the courses were no longer available. I told the male that the course were still on his website, he told me I was wrong and they had been removed some months ago, I had looked at the company website a few moments before. I told this to the male who rudely said "I don't care what you say, we don't do these courses anymore" then hung up. Extremely rude and poor service and unwilling to listen to a potential customer. Below are screenshots of the course page that according to the company that do not exist.

I found Craftsman Glass through a Google search and first impression after a phone call was very good. Paul, the owner, answered the phone himself and was very polite and to the point. He could accommodate me at short notice and has done a lovely job on a broken leaded glass panel on a cabinet. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and will use them again!
