St Michael's Church, Tollerton

Loved the modern service and the warmth we received attending a christening

It wasn't actually the church visited it was a walk around the village of Tollerton . A picturesque place : traditional village layout. Village Green a good local pub and on the outskirts a restaurant called the Station which specialises in Chinese Cuisine. Off the beaten track there are plenty of ramblers walks with well signed footpaths. It's hard to believe it is only 7 miles from York the only downside is that the East coast mainline is very close by so the birdsong is frequently interrupted by LNER locomotives hurtling down the track very frequently . But worth a visit .
