Horrible. My wife and I booked for a 1 hour couple's massage at 3pm. We were taken into the room at 3:10pm - not concerned by the short delay. We entered the room which smelled of paint, and it went downhill from there. For the first 15 minutes, the two therapists were talking to each other and I had to ask them to stop. My masseuse simply wasn't very good. She certainly wasn't an experienced masseuse (despite claims she was a "world champion") and I left in more pain than I started. I think it's down to luck as to who you get, as my wife did say her masseuse was good. The worst part of the entire experience was when the South Asian receptionist barged in to inform our therapists which room their next customers were in; the door was wide open while she delivered this vital news. Upon confronting the lady after the massage, she said she had to walk in on us because their other customers were waiting! 2* is justified on the basis that one masseuse was good, but the entire experience was unprofessional, I now have bad back pain and I'm 105 out of pocket.

Wonderful experience. I feel really relax. Jessica is amazing! This place is also friendly to students. Definitely recommend

I really wanted to be able to give this place a shineing review; I am currently a law student undertaking exams and today my partner took me to the local Thai spa because I was overwhelmed and he wanted me to clear my mind - we had a couple massage - not only was this massage incredibly unrelaxing and unpleasant (massuse's talking to eachother throughout the whole experience, their phone alerts going off in the room etc) but it has caused an INJURY to my partners back!! I could of forgiven the unprofessionalism of this place had the massage been of quality however these people clearly have no idea what they are doing in terms of massage!!! Not only can my partner no longer bend, his back is red raw from the 'therapist's nails' she evidently had not read the filled out forms and consent, which indicated my partner has had problems with his back in the past.(filling out the form is pointless if the therapist doesnt get to see it!?!) The pressure was absurdly strong and completely unneccessary, my partner was never asked if the pressure was okay either!? he kept having to repeat "less pressure please". Halfway through the therapist tried to up-sell me from 60 minute massage to 90, it was clear it was a dialogue she had been taught to say - the whole experience was distasteful, painful for my partner and least relaxing. It is also not cheap, despite the interior of the room, hallways and ambience being the cheapest possible, furthermore, the establishment only accepted cash - you do the maths to why that may be... **UPDATE, In response to the owners less than adequate reply below, As he is aware, this review is from last year and not recent. **
