Always cut off plastic cable ties and leave them on the pavement. Not good for the environment or wildlife. Feed up picking up their rubbish when theyve finished doing whatever needs doing to the telegraph pole unfortunately situated outside our house. They always park across your driveway too. No care for anyone or anything. Lazy engineers!! Disgraceful

Rude, over a hour and half late for appointment that was booked between 8am and 1pm no apology for being late and said if I want to rebook as I had to go out I would have to wait over a month to have my wifi back on (already waiting 3weeks)

Only been a few hours since BT changed me from copper to fibre broadband via Kelly comms, having read feedback of others i was very apprehensive. Worries allayed, had Mbako and another young man attend, they were both friendly, courteous and left the place spotless, very easy transition, thanks lads.

Whoever you have employed driving BK22 DUX need having a talking to about his driving. Tailgating, speeding and cutting cars up he nearly crashed in to a big lorry cause he was speeding that fast and lorry and only set off slowly, he had to slam breaks on.
