I love the sandwiches and the staff are friendly. However this has got to be the most disorganised food ordering system I've ever seen. There's no clear queue, there's a convoluted system that involves taking an order slip and having it stamped and within the mess it's possible for your order to get lost. Literally every other food business has got their system sorted out, and this is the only thing holding this place back from being great.
