Literally I had to wait till other customers bought everything and left and the lady worker just avoided as if we are imaginary.. After other buyers left, I had to repeatedly ask her to show perfumes as if she was not interested in showing products. Such poor behaviour and acknowledgement! Moreover the perfume was more pricer than online shopping. That was my first and last shopping from this store.. Very much disappointed.

Fake products AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Who doesn't like a good bargain? But when something seems too good to be true, it most likely is too good to be true. Don't buy here because things are cheap, you're going to get what you paid for! (Watered down products). The Ariana Grande Cloud 100ml perfume that I was sold to for 35 GBP by a con saleswoman at this branch, is 100% a fake. I bought the same perfume from boots and my sister has one from the perfume shop they smell completely different to the one I purchased here. the scent also wears off in a few minutes regardless of anything you do. The code on the bottom end of the bottle should match the code on the box, known as the serial code. The bottle I purchased from here has no code whatsoever and a flimsy fake sticker on the bottom of the bottle with a black code (seems to be smudged off?) on the sticker. The serial code wasnt even on the bottle nor the sticker, no code in sight. Props for being able to con so many people though! AVOID. Especially the wembley branch in the designer outlet.

It was having pretty good options of branded perfumes. The service was pretty good not at all hesitant or reluctant to show all the flavour or varieties we requested. She has shown with so much patience.
