Canopy children's nursery

They are no cheap and now they uping the price even higher, not worth at all! Tha owner "Rinu", ususally do not respond to emails, its needed to send several in order for her to respond. The guy "Eric" that works there is very nice and professional and some of the staff also. I found another nursery much cheaper.

I had a horrible experience with my daughter! Not only she always cried when I left or picked her up. I felt there was not enough attention paid to the kids, being the last drop when I saw my daughter sitting on a male staff crouch!! I reported the nursery and my daughter never went back! The response when I asked to not have male staff taking my daughter to the bathroom before that happen, as she still needed assistance and I dont feel comfortable with a man doing that part of the work, was very poor. Another time made staff was taking my daughter to the bathroom when there was literally no one near them, no one paying attention. This made me feel really uncomfortable and like there is no one looking so how can they assure my daughters safety?

Had really high expectations here but unfortunately found somewhere better at Tots first Academy.

Hi All, We are living in Wembley Park from quite sometime now and we saw Canopy building right from the scratch. We started our conversation with the owner @Renu which encouraged us more to wait and get this nursery started asap. The pandemic hit the progress but the build up still was quite fast but then we delayed as we have to do International travel and then there was a waiting time. Finally, we started a month back and we saw a very little but good progress, little because its just a month. The owner @Renu , again has answers to every query you ask and she is quite transparent and provide you all the information you need. Now, I want to drill down these into few pointers:- 1. Frozen Food : Just for an information to all Parents, its a Frozen food but its get ready just few days before. @Renu again takes a look and rotate or changes the menu every other week. The Food is not the usual frozen food we get in supermarkets. 2. Activities: I have less to comment as its only a month but my child started painting and doing some outdoor activities 3. Communication and Updates: I have still very less to comment on updates as we are getting it but need to wait to check how frequently and what exactly we are getting on the app. We get delayed response on emails but we understand its getting busy for them to reply to each email and every parent but we will appreciate quick responses. 4. Staff : I have got mixed reviews w.r.t staff in Canopy. We are happy with few (not interacted with all) and We are personally upset with 1-2 staff where we think, the response and attitude towards their work is disappointing and this might affect the childs progress indirectly. Few are quite responsive and attentive. I find 1-2 staff bit rude. I hope my reviews will help Canopy to continue with way they are working (as of now they are giving their best) and improving in some areas including parents who are sending or will send their Children to Canopy for better development. I am sure Canopy will be one of the best to help our Children. I am providing 4 stars w.r.t my explanation on 4th point and I will try and provide more inputs from my review once we complete few months from now. As of now, I strongly recommend Canopy to all the Parents who are looking for Nursery in Wembley. Thanks
