Travelled all the way up to the service centre just to be told that the centre had closed down. They could have save me a 1 hour trip by either updating their web site which still gives the opening times as between 11 and 5 on a Sunday or left a prerecorded message on the phone number which is still publicised on their website.

I brought my phone here to replace the unhealthy battery under warranty. They also changed my screen which suffered from burn in pixels. It was less than an hour to fix, I had an appointment booked prior to make sure they have the parts. All in all it was a great experience, the only official huawei repair centre in the UK as far as I know.

Went to the shop on 17 of October to fix the camera. Those guys that working there checked my phone and said they will order the part and will call me when the part arrives. On the 25 of October I called the shop asked what's happening with the part. After putting me in hold for about 20 min finally they said that they had the part in the shop. Can't believe it they had the part in the shop all this time and we're messing about with me.

Haven't think that autorised center can be so bad.... phone had sim and memory card issue(constantly disconnecting). Sent phone for repair. It took 5 weeks to repair. When phone been delivered back to me, unpacked and find out, back glass replaced. Ok thats nice, but its not glued properly! One side its lifted up wile phone was in transit. Then had new screen protectir on it, but service managed to broke it and in some how its full with hairs. Sent phone back again. This is worse experience i had. No more huawe devices. Second repair which is replace glue and make sure back cover stick together is took another 3 weeks!!!
