St George's Hotel

This hotel is pretty good price for the location. I stayed in a King-sized room, and the room was clean and spacious, and the bathtub was very big and relaxing. The bed was a spring mattress, but it didn't bother me too much. But the wifi was quite finicky and it got in the way of me doing my work. I did have some issue with the cleaning service. Google says they have a laundry service but they don't, and the room cleaning was a bit inconsistent. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom on the day I arrived, and one of the days they didn't clean my room and I had to ask twice for towels before I just gave up. Overall, it is a pretty good hotel and I would book it again if I'm in the area.

Staff are rude, not helpful at all. Over priced! Not a 4 star, staff dont give two hoops about the guests. Breakfast was horrible and even got shouted at by the staff there for arriving 4 minutes early for breakfast. 250 for a night? Not worth 100. Carpet all stained, no remote in room. When complained to staff they just shrugged their shoulders
