1025 (Translated by Google) The accommodation conditions are poor, and the attitude of the front desk is very, very, very bad! ! ! I went to bed late, don't you call a few more times! Actually opened the door directly! ! ! You can knock on the door anyway! After the cleaning staff showed up and finished talking to me, the front desk called me again! The attitude is also very bad, I told her to give me another half an hour! She told me there would be an extra charge, I agree! The front desk agreed to give me half an hour. In the end, within 10 minutes, someone knocked on the door again! I went to reception and paid 25 and what I got was very very very very bad attitude! ! When you choose a hotel, please skip this store, don't come, the accommodation is not that good, you can see dust on the bed, the lights are dim, and the bathroom glass door is only half? Just shampoo and soap! Not even conditioner!

Creation of God. As are we all
I have stayed here many times in the past for work, usually on my check out day I've requested to leave my car parked here until I return from central but on this occasion I was refused, according to them it's always been their policy but I've stayed here several times pre-covid and post-covid, not once was I refused. Not all their staff are rude but the female manager on duty today has issues, as she wanted 15 for the privilege of leaving my car. It wouldn't have hurt them allowing a paying guest to park as I planned to return and leave before check-in time anyway, but I told them I'll be staying elsewhere in future. Due to this "policy" they lost a customer for life and are receiving this review of my experience here before I drive out of their car park. Now to the interior, very dated, I wouldn't have breakfast here, I have never ordered food here, place does not look sanitary and unhygienic international students touch everything, it seems to be some kind of international student hub. There is a slope before you reach your rooms after the lift lobby on every floor which in my opinion is a hidden trip hazard. In the rooms, heating not working, carpets soiled, curtains could do with cleaning, toilet won't flush, they still have the old trouser press and iron, no PAT testing on any of their electrical appliances, so use at your own risk, the TV reception has never been clear, but then again the TV is about 12 inches wide, pointless viewing, Linsar brand, probably bought as cheap Chinese job lot. I switched rooms during my stay because of the toilet not flushing, I think someone did a number 2 before checking out, I never used it until the morning so I wasn't to know it was blocked but after a number 1, I flushed it and lumps of f a e c e s came floating to the top. That horrendous image will now stay with me forever. The place is falling apart. The thin mattresses are not comfortable, well past their recycle date, the middle is sunk in so you're practically sleeping on a hard floor. I only stayed here for the location and convenience of parking for work purposes, it is not a hotel you'd want to bring your family to, but now that they've enlightened me this has always been their policy and those nice people that previously allowed me to park should not have I'll never be returning here again. I will not miss the student infested lobby either. They act as an international student hub. After my most recent stay, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
