The surgery use to be great and has gone downhill last few years. No travel vaccinations provided and no directions given on where to go. NHS travel vaccinations should be free of charge but they will ask you to search your own way via clinic or pharmacy which charge you. Other GPs have provided free travel vaccinations so dont see why they have changed in the last 2 years. Wouldnt recommend either to book appt on the patient access app, doesnt even work.

0 stars. When you try to contact the GP at 8 am (as their website states that they are open at 8 am.) the phone line states that they are still closed. It is now 830 and they are still closed. It takes 1 million years to get through and once you get through, they waste your time I need to book my dad an appointment for his health and repeat prescription and it is impossible.

I have joined this surgery on 1992. All my family members are registered at this surgery. 2 stars rating is very unfair because the doctors, the nurses and the receptionists in both surgeries are working long hours under a lot of pressure. I think the law Medical Group is one of the best in the country, Dr Asif Minhas, Dr Hussaein, Dr Khan, Dr Dillon, Dr Ahmed the nurse Said and Khadija are all taking care of the patients, they are kind, very understanding and knowledgeable. A big thank you to all of them. Highly recommended this surgery
