    Really DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL team. Would not recommend. They do not do not ship all your items. Few red flags that I missed: 1. Different prices for battery charge -told 25 for laptop battery charge in email then later billed 50. Later discounted to 30 after complaint. Had no option at the time as invoice was sent a day before scheduled shipping. 2. Shipment took longer than 5 days stated. Only arrived 12 days later. Called several times to check on delivery of package and told several excuses 3. Initial email stated door to door delivery service but at invoicing was informed recipient has to collect from their offices Sent package to Zimbabwe & not all items were received. Response I got from them is liquid bottle in your package broke and damaged several items. Those damaged items were then destroyed. Yet there had been no communication at all about any damage on receiving package from courier or repackaging. Items missing were very specific items- a zipper, plant seeds, Anker USB C charger and liquid leather furniture cream, eye-liner- all total worth 40. Still not heard from them. Phone answered by very unhelpful and rude man who stated they have replied already to my issue over email. When asked to speak to manager -was told manager is away on holiday for 4 weeks and they hung up! Followed it up again and after a rude interaction the previous gentleman, managed to speak to the Customer service manager who took up the matter. He acknowledged their faults and offered me account credit of 40 which I can only use if I use their service again. Which in my opinion is of no use. Im not going to use their service again given the ordeal. So no real recourse as I have to resend items. PLEASE BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - Not all items delivered and no communication. Only to be told you get account credit redeemable only on using them again.

    Brilliant, very professional and receptive, always willing and pleasant in their handling of one's belongings in terms od handling, care and consideration, as if it was their own goods being hamdled. I highly tecommend their services to anyone, who wanst to ship items regardless of its value, quality or quantity. Well secured in terns of securing or guaranteeing a first class delivery and collection services regardless of its destination. 5 stars, to me personally is a complete under eatimation of the loce, care and personal touch received. They are also humane in terns of ascertaining people's preferences in terms of how they would.like their goods to be received, be it by personal collection or delivery to individual addresses or destinations. Very relieved indeed, to have been made aware of such a caring, enciromentally friendly bunch of professionals that really add flavour to the meaning of 'Family Really Matters' For me 10 Stars, all the time!
