Wimpy

This Wimpy has a classic design. It's bright and spacious. It's clean and organized. We were made to feel welcome by the very pleasant waitress. We ordered fried breakfasts with tea, then chocolate brownie with ice cream. All of which was brought to us, with a friendly and polite manner. The food was cooked well with generous portions. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Recommended. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, beans, sausage, eggs, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes, toast.

We went for a quick meal before seeing an evening show at the Troubadour Theatre just around the corner. The spicy bean-burger was great and exactly as I remember it as a Wimpy favourite of mine for many years. My wifes fish and chips and peas was obviously all freshly cooked and just what shed fancied. But a special mention must go to the sweet potato fries - crisp and cooked to perfection and definitely the best weve had in a long while! The service was fast and all the staff were helpful and full of smiles. We will return again soon!
