Had a Eid get together with 20 of my work colleagues today . The food portion was just right . My mint berry mocktail was divine . We had the pleasure of having Charles as our waiter . He was absolutely amazing. Got all the orders right first time took amazing pics of us and had a good sense of humour .I never write reviews but today I felt I had to as Charles made the experience worthy of one .

This place has a lovely ambience. Amazing place for a quick bite and the cheesecake collection is good. Food serving portion is worth the money for a person. However, the consistency of their items (such as the hot chocolate for take away, vanilla custard) is not the same as I have visited the cafeteria over multiple occasions.

Came in and it was quiet (1/3 of tables with client), still it took almost 15m for the waitress to take our order then another 35m to get 2 desserts. The sundae came as 2 ice cream scoops and very small handful of berries - 11 plus service charge on top. Realised latter ingredients were missing. Waitress wrongly gave us another table drinks and another client complained of mouldy raspberries in her plate. The 2 employees were trying their best but clearly not enough
