Argos Wembley West Olympic Way in Sainsbury's

So I brought a watch and had a online receipt. I went there on a Tuesday the staff found my Receipt but they didnt have my watch in stock so I came back the next day there was new staff. The staff member couldnt find my receipt he was actually the manager I then found my receipt online and he said my receipt was fake keep in mind this had the Argos logos and all information he then said he would not give me the refund because he saw a different number to the one I paid for the watch. I was baffled. Because how could the email receipt be fake. I ended up getting the exchange after about 30-40minutes in the shop. I felt pressured and disrespected. The situation felt because the manager couldnt find the receipt on his system and the staff from the day before could like he was internally offended and that ended up showing in his character. I wont name names as I dont feel thats right. But yeah. Horrible experience.

bought an item for collection the same day but rude manager said 'it aint here' and told me if i needed it the same day surely i can walk 20 mins to the next argos. don't shop here stick to amazon lmao

It's pretty good fast service but I gave it 2 stars because once I got scammed for 10 but they refused to give the money back

Friendly staff and the store is kept at a high standard. Spoke to store manager Pulin, who was very welcoming and friendly. Answered all my questions.
