Le Baron Haussman

Very unprofessional service. I was given the wrong date for our survey which was explained as a typo but it is something that should have been checked prior to sending the confirmation email. I was also told a number of times that I would receive a verbal update on the day but I did not receive one. When I received the written survey from Dr Saber Khan it was riddled with spelling mistakes and had no punctuation at all which made it difficult to read and just did not look professional. I emailed numerous times about correcting an error on the survey but received no response until I sent a formal complaint and asked for a refund, and then I received a rather condescending response. I received no refund but I did finally get a survey report that was typed out properly and they had removed the error. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and would not recommend Le Baron Haussmann to anyone.
