        Unable to contact this company by phone for five working days. No update on refund for my cancelled flights business class. I dont hold with people working at the CallCenter in Delhi responsible for this. Apparently it is the back office here in the UK. No response to emails no response for phone calls. Greatest mistake I ever made was booking with Air France. No alternative but to contact American Express and request all monies back through there protection. Avoid this airline at all costs. My booking reference LI5 NE2
