        Customer services are rude unhelpful and really lack the empathy to deal with customers in distress Bought a tv in May it has been in repair twice the second time coming back without a remote. When asking them where the remote was I was told I could buy one and they would refund me. Disgraceful. Currys are selling inferior equipment without the care and attention they advertise Will NEVER shop there again
