Recently bought stuff online. First, the delivery was late for few days as promised. Then few items didnt arrive but was charged at the original price. Tried to call them and the guy said I should be receiving the refund. After waited for at least a week and a half, still hasnt received the fund. No one picks up the call or reply my messages via customer service online. They used to be good but the quality of their services has really gone down hill. Dont think I would purchase from them online ever again.
