My beautiful Axminster stair runner is irreplaceable- modern carpets are not made this way but at more than 30 years old it was showing its age with extensive worn areas and some light snacking by moths. Carpet clinic have renovated it by hand and cleaned it so it looks completely new and the cost was less than buying a new carpet. My local carpet firm came round to take the carpet up and re-lay it after- they say they have never seen work like it. See the before and after pictures for the difference in the vibrancy of the colours following mending and cleaning. I can't work out which step the original photo was from, which demonstrates the calibre of the work. Full pricing is only available once the carpet has been taken to the workshop and that is explained carefully. Highly recommended. Service: General carpet cleaning

I cannot recommend this company enough. They were able to restore a large valuable silk and wool Persian rug into pristine condition after a huge leak from a radiator resulting in an horrendous orange stain. We have had all our oriental rugs cleaned and restored now by Carpet Clinic and they look stunning. The craftmenship, knowledge and efficiency is excellent. We wish we had found Carpet Clinic earlier as we have experienced dreadful damage to valuable rugs from people who say they knew how to clean rugs and ruin them. An amazing company with great staff. Thank you so very much.

I contacted Carpets Clinic after a recommendation as I needed an area rug cleaned a resized. After aninitialconsultation, The rug was collected by Mass, a very experiencedmember of the team, who not only came to collect the rug but also advised on how best to go about it. After a short time, the rug was delivered to me. Upon inspection, I was totallyamazed by the work done, the rug looked brand new, and resizing was absolutelyperfect. Libby was in constant contact throughout the process. sending pictures of the different stages of the process which is a really interesting part of the service. This company has some of the most professional team members around and the quality of their work speaks for itself, I would highly recommend this company.
