Either they dropped my cake and didn't want to admit to it and blocked my number!, or the owner done a runner with my cake and my money. Now it says temporarily closed! What happened run out of Eggs?!!!! I have attached a pic of the cake that never arrived !!!!

AVOID!!!! Terrible company, who take your money and do not deliver!! Absolute fraudsters. Check other reviews that say the same. We ordered a birthday cake 2+ months in advance, for a celebration at a restaurant on Saturday, we paid in advance and arranged to have the cake delivered to the restaurant after 12pm. Our reservation was at 6pm and the cake hadn't arrived! We were there until 10pm. We asked the staff at the restaurant several times, including the owner, and they checked with several teams but had not received any delivery. The birthday surprise was spoilt for us and all our guests at the event. We tried calling, whatsapping, direct message on Instagram, etc. since Saturday and we've had no answer at all. How they can do this to people is shocking. Any decent company that may have encountered a genuine issue would have called to advise, to allow us to get another cake etc. in time for the event, and to explain. There's simply no excuse to not deliver a product that has been paid for in full; months in advance, and not contact us. We didn't check reviews as we had bought a cake 2 years ago which was great, except we collected it on that occasion. We never expected in this day and age that a company can behave in such a diabolical manner. We will continue to chase down these people and get our refund plus some.
